These terms cover booking a place on a futurproof programme. They are deliberately short.
Booking and payment
Submitting the form on a programme page is a request for a seat, not a confirmed booking. We reply with an invoice and joining instructions. A seat is held once the invoice is settled, and seats are allocated in the order payment is received. No payment is taken on this website.
Fees
Fees are stated on the programme page and include materials, lunch and refreshments on both days, and continued access to the group afterwards. Fees do not include travel or accommodation.
If you cannot attend
You may send a colleague in your place at any time before the programme begins. Tell us the name and we will reissue the joining instructions.
If we cannot run it
If we cancel or reschedule a programme we will tell you as soon as we know, and you may transfer to the next date or have the fee returned in full.
What we teach
Programmes are practical and worked on live businesses. We cannot guarantee a commercial outcome, and nothing taught should be relied on as legal, financial or regulatory advice.
Materials
Course materials are for your own use and your company’s. Please do not redistribute or resell them.
