This notice explains what futurproof collects when you use this website, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. It is written to be read rather than to be exhaustive.
What we collect
When you request a seat on a programme we collect your name, work email, job title, company, the number of seats you want and, if you give it, your phone number. When you subscribe to Field notes we collect your email address only. When you send a message through the contact form we collect your name, email, company and the message itself.
Our host keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting.
Why we collect it
To reply to you, to issue an invoice and joining instructions, and to send Field notes if you asked for them. We do not sell your details and we do not share them with anyone who is not helping us deliver the programme you asked about.
How long we keep it
Enrolment records are kept while they are commercially useful and for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Subscribers are kept until you unsubscribe. Contact messages are kept for two years.
What you can ask for
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to saroshwaiz@gmail.com and we will action it.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own. WordPress may set functional cookies if you leave a comment or log in. Where we run advertising, the platform concerned may set its own cookies, and its policy governs those.
