Applied AI for Marketers
A full-day applied AI programme covering the marketing and go-to-market cycle end to end, for growth stage companies.
- Seats15
- Date12 Sept
- Hours10:00–17:00
Applied AI across the marketing cycle.
One day, six sessions, in two halves. Each one takes a stage of the cycle, shows what the technology changes about it, and has you produce your own output.
Setting the strategy
The shift, the market and the position
The shift
What AI is changing for businesses globally, why adoption stalls, and where the tools are reliable and where they are not.
- What has changed in how business buyers research and shortlist
- What has become possible inside a marketing function
- Where the tools are reliable, and where their output cannot be trusted
- Why adoption stalls in most organisations
A live comparison of the same brief run through three assistants, with the differences in the output examined.
A short written assessment of where your own function stands, and the one stage you would change first.
Market and audience
Total, served and obtainable market, then the customer profile and the buying group inside it. Both built with AI assistance and tested before you rely on them.
- Total, served and obtainable market, and what separates them
- Bounding a market so the number can be defended
- The assumptions that sit underneath any sizing
- Defining a customer profile precise enough to act on
- Mapping everyone involved in the purchase decision
- Testing a profile before you rely on it
A sizing built from scratch with AI assistance, then AI-assisted research into the buying group inside that market, with each assumption surfaced as it is made.
A defended sizing with its assumptions written down beside it, and a customer profile and buying group map to go with it.
Strategy
Positioning, message, and the channels that carry them, drafted with AI support and assembled into a playbook you keep.
- Positioning, and the choices that determine how a company sounds
- Message architecture across the buying group
- Drafting with AI support without losing your own voice
- Professional networks, email and direct outreach, and how AI changes each
- Assembling the playbook that governs the work after it
A positioning drafted, then corrected, with the corrections explained, and an outreach sequence built and critiqued.
A brand playbook you keep and work from, with the channels ranked against a specific commercial objective.
Activation and execution
The output and the measurement
Collateral
The landing page first: what it has to establish and in what order, then the wider set of assets a marketing function runs on.
- What a landing page has to establish, in what order
- The wider set of assets a marketing function runs on
- Producing collateral with AI and where it needs a human pass
- Judging output quickly against a standard
A landing page taken from brief to draft in the session.
The structure and first draft of a page, judged against the standard set in the room.
Content
A content system built around the tools, including where automation earns its place and where it does not.
- Designing a content system rather than a content calendar
- Where automation earns its place, and where it costs more than it saves
- Briefing, drafting, checking and publishing as one workflow
- Keeping quality steady as volume rises
A working content pipeline assembled from tools you already have.
A content system with the checks written in, ready to fit to your own function.
Measurement
A framework suited to long sales cycles, and how to present it to a chief executive.
- A framework suited to long sales cycles
- What to measure when most research happens out of sight
- Attribution, and the limits of it
- Presenting to a chief executive asking about this month
A reporting view built from a live account.
A measurement framework and a reporting shape you can take back.

Most marketers have now used AI. Far fewer have changed how they work because of it.
Almost every marketing team is under pressure to use AI. Very few have changed how they actually work. In most organisations it stalls because nobody owns it, there is no clear use case, and there is no method for applying it to a specific part of the job.
It already matters commercially. Business buyers now start their research with AI assistants, and often have a shortlist before they contact anyone. At the same time the work of marketing, from research through to content and outreach, can be done faster and in more depth than before.

Before you book.
Do I need to know anything about AI already?
No. The programme starts from what has changed and why, and every tool is introduced before it is used. Everyone in the room works from the same case, so nobody starts a step behind.
Do I need a marketing background?
No. A good number of people who attend inherited marketing without ever training in it. The programme moves through the full cycle in order, so nothing assumes prior knowledge of the discipline.
How many people will be there?
Fifteen. The number is deliberate: past that, the applied sessions stop working, because there is not enough time to look at everybody's work.
How do I pay, and when is my seat confirmed?
Send the form and we reply on WhatsApp with the fee, the payment details and the current availability. The seat is held once payment is received, and seats are allocated in the order payments arrive. No payment is taken on this website.
Can I send a colleague if something comes up?
Yes, at any point before the programme starts. Tell us the name and we reissue the joining instructions.
Can we book more than one seat?
Yes. Choose the number on the form and the invoice will reflect it. Companies often send two or three people from different parts of the function.
What happens if the programme is cancelled?
If we cancel or move the date we tell you as soon as we know, and you can either transfer to the next date or have the fee returned in full.
Where is it held?
Karachi, at AKS iQ, House 18-F, Block 6, P.E.C.H.S. Full directions reach you with the invoice and the joining instructions.
